Summer Tournament Dates 30th/31st May

INVITATION TO OUR SUMMER TOURNAMENT

Sunday 30th & Bank Holiday Monday 31st May 2010

Dear Club Secretary or Team Manager

Rushmoor Saints FC would like to invite your Club/team to play in our Summer Tournament to be held over the
Whit Sun Bank Holiday weekend Sunday May 30th and Monday May 31st 2010 at All Hallows Secondary School, Weybourne Road, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 9HF

Age groups for this year’s tournament will be from Under 6 to Under 15.

Age qualifications for the 2009 / 2010 season will apply.

We shall be keeping the same features as our previous tournaments.
* Each age group tournament will be competed over just one half day (i.e. morning or afternoon), see the attached entry form for when each age group will play.
* Age Groups Under 6 to Under 10, will be 7 a side, from a squad of 10.
* Age Groups Under 11 & Under 12 will be 6 a side, from a squad of 8.
* Age Groups Under 13 to Under 15 will be 5 a side , from a squad of 8.
* In addition to the main tournament, we shall also be running a Plate Tournament to allow maximum playing time for all teams. (Under 6, 7 & 8’s to be non-competitive!! And all participants will receive medals )

We do hope that you will be able to come and play in our Summer Tournament and enjoy our legendary hospitality. If so, please complete the attached form and return it to me at the address shown on the form as soon as possible together with the entrance fee of £30 per team (cheques made payable to Rushmoor Saints FC).

Closing date for entries is 8th May 2010.

Confirmation of receipt of your entry will be by return.
Tournament packs containing all information including rules, directions, joining instructions, will be sent out Mid-May.
